Green Academy Trust

About Us

Green Academy Trust was established in February 2009 with the Muslim Community as a whole in mind. We cater for the Islamic needs for our community from 2 years of age onwards; all the way to even the Janaaza prayer.

Our Academy has various branches established to offer these activities. Some of them are:

  • Madrasa Khazra –
    • Islamic education school for young boys and girls.
    • Islamic study circles for the older men and also for the ladies.
    • Islamic community services e.g. Nikah, Funeral Prayers, etc.
  • Green Nursery School –
    • Islamic Nursery School catering for the needs of our children.
    • Ofsted registered and providing a high level of Nursery education delivered by highly qualified staff.
    • A stepping stone for children to gain entry into Islamic Primary and Secondary Schools.
  • Youth Centre –
    • Running various holiday activities like the Summer School, sports club etc.
    • Providing children a safe and Islamic alternative to indoor play activities where there may be elements of “un-Islamic” activities.

The Trust is charity registered in England & Wales and under the Jurisdiction of the Charity Commission (a government organisation which regulates charities in England & Wales). We are also Ofsted registered as a provider of quality Nursery level education.

The Trust is in urgent need of Feesabeelillah donations to carry on these and other planned activities, and also to extend our services to the Muslim community in Nottingham and surrounding areas. More details of our structure and activities can be found on this website.
